And that's with my motorsports discount! The thing makes a god-awful sound when it engages and disengages. Looks like I'm getting a pulley kit and chucking the airpump and ACV. Hopefully my antiquated HKS GCC can pull enough fuel out at idle to smooth out my idle.

I hope you didn't pay that. You can pick them up in the parts FS section for $25-50 for one in good working condition.

No - I didn't pay for it, was curious to see how much it was. My smog cert is good for the next 2 years so I'm not going to worry about getting an air pump for a while.

Yeah, I remember when I first bought my car I took it to rotary reliablity and racing and asked for a new belt for my greddy pully kit because the air pump seized and they didn't know how to get one (so they said). They then pulled one out of someone else's car in the shop and sold it to me for $500. Yeah, it lasted about a month. I then found this forum and bought one for $50.
