It's called Garage Talk. Many of the car forums are owned by the same company and can be accessed from the app. It's not great, but I do like it better than the mobile website version. Except to use classifieds...

the app has been deprecated for like 5 years now. please visit the mobile theme in your browser for the updated mobile experience.
