What fuel do you use in your FD?
My FD is pretty stock, except for some minor mods like intake, exhaust, and removed solenoids. I've been using Shell premium in the car, but I'm not sure if that's overkill. At $3.60 per gallon, I wouldn't mind dropping to mid grade if it's reasonable.
Any feedback is appreciated!

Always use the premium fuel (93 octane or 91 west of the Mississippi) from whatever station you trust, that is BUSY all the time.
Personally I prefer Sonoco or Shell (V-power) but fresh fuel is better than old.

Yep, general rule is premium fuel (93/91) and from a name brand, high volume station.
Gas stations that are out of the way can have gas that has sat for a while, has water in it, you name it.
Different major gas manufacturers use different additive packages for injector cleaning and whatnot, really hard to tell if one is necessarily better than the other. Running some injector cleaner through once a year may be worth doing.
Also, always fill up the tank and do at least a minor effort to track MPG. Bare minimum reset the trip meter after a fillup, REALLY bad fuel economy can be a sign of problems with the car. A decent running FD should be able to get 18-19 city and 21-23 highway. Very low fuel economy can be a sign of a bad tune, leaky injectors, bad O2 sensor, bad water temp sensor, or even an external fuel leak. All things that are worth addressing.
