Car Carrier Recommendations

Looking for some recommendations on reputable car carriers for the FD.

I'm moving from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Halifax, Nova Scotia at the end of the year. I towed the FD on the last move, but since I'm crossing the border, I'd like someone else to take care of it.

Who have any of you used with any good experiences? My daily got damaged with the last carrier I used, which has me worried for the FD.

Thanks for any insight!

The only carrier I've used is Livingston. Truck pickup--->Train--->Pickup at their yard

Vehicle transportation services for shipping your car - Livingston International

They broke my Map pocket lid BUT overall a solid job. They have a yard in Halifax so probably the easiest solution.

Passport Transport and Intercity Lines are reputable, non-broker shippers. The car stays with the same truck on which it is originally loaded. Not sure if they ship to the Great White North.

Intercity lines is on the expensive side, but well worth it. Just used them in September. They cover the car inside of the enclosed trailer and are extremely professional and timely. Not sure if they cross the border or not...

In case anyone is interested in the future, I used Atlas Van Lines. They were very professional and took great care of my RX-7. It arrived on time and damage free. They were careful to extend their ramps so it didn't scrape at all when loading or off-loading. I highly recommend them.

I used Horseless Carriage. They transported my car in an enclosed carrier and utilize a parallel ramp off the back of the carrier to lower the car to the ground.

I used Truckit Transport (after some google searches) and they found me a contractor (Samsun Express LLC) to ship my RX-7 from Illinois to NY. They were very professional, noted every single scratch/dent/mileage to the detail that I couldn't even catch when I first looked at the car. Arrived in 3 days in the same condition, by the same driver, who kept me updated by text. Pretty much door to door shipping. If you want an enclosed trailer you gotta pay more.

Used these guys and paid extra to put my car on top
Left a note in the car about how rx7's are finnicky. Car showed up like I shipped it. Coast to coast.

Auto Transport Company | DAS | Dependable Auto Shippers

If you're super ****, covered transport is where shippers start treating you like a real client.
Pretty pricey, tho.

Looks like I've got a line on two cars covered for $1600 out the door. Can't beat that with an e-shaft
