Vacuum lines help!

Vacuum lines help!
I need to know where the vacuum line goes from this nipple. It’s the big open one that sticks straight up. I know it’s not the open pipe. In pictures I’ve found it goes to the front of the engine.
I’m pretty sure this looped line isn’t right. I think this is where the line from the straight up big nipple is supposed to plug in. If that’s the case, where does that thick line go. Diagrams are not helpful as far as this side of the engine goes. Any help would be great!

The hose with red lettering in my pics is your missing hose. Connects to the rail shown in your second pic.
Oh, and the looped one was a solenoid bypass I bet - I assume this car had a boost controller installed? Mine are looped as I have installed an electronic controller and not using the solenoids.

Thanks mad hat. So that larger pipe, the one we are talking about, bends and then there is a pipe that tees off it. The pipe runs on a bit and then at the end of it it turns 90 degrees to the passenger side of the motor. On this car the pipe that tees off has been looped to the end of the pipe. The end result is that pipe is just closed off. If I pressurize it, nothing. If I apply vacuum, nothing. It’s just looped back on itself. So even if I hook it up correctly, it’s not going to do anything. So, that larger pipe essentially splits into the part that’s teed off and where it bends. I suspect it should not be looped but each line would go to some component. A solenoid I suspect but I sure don’t know. If anyone has a picture or a diagram that shows where those lines are supposed to go, I would appreciate you posting it up. This is frustrating as hell.

That looped line does look wrong.
The nipple that's missing looks like it could be for the vents for the OMP injectors. it's dark blue in the vacuum diagram.
If you haven't done so, get a good high-res copy of the vacuum diagram and put it in a thumb drive. Take it to Kinko's, have them print it in color on an 11x17 sheet of paper and laminate it - should be like $6. Best tool for troubleshooting vacuum lines hands down.
