I have heard that turbo source has not been the best with customer service as of recently and he does not respond to questions or answer the phone

I messaged Turbosource here on the forums, heard back after a few days, give that a try. They were unresponsive to my emails before that. I think they get A LOT of random questions from people, the noise to actual customer ratio is probably quite low

https://www.irperformance.com/produc...zda/rx7/turbo/ Please note that we do have a queue of kits in the works right now so factor in how soon you need it.

As we have gone down this rabbit hole here is some information i have gathered that may explain our whole problem.

Our engine was built (everything but internal rotor/seals) and tuned in So. Cal at 100ft above sea level.
The problems for us started after we moved to Reno, Nv which is at 4500 ft above sea level.

Seems from what I have learned that the turbos need to spin allot faster to get the boost we had tunned into the haltech at 100ft above sea level cause the air is thinner up here at 4500ft above sea level.

It would make sense the stock duals hit peak efficiency at some point, perhaps less than what the setup is asking them to do now that we are at higher altitude.
They are probably fine making stock boost at 100ft or 4500ft above sea level, but at 4500ft and making more boost than they were designed for could be a problem????

So maybe it really is time for a single turbo that can make the 12psi we want (trying to hit 320-350hp) without having excessive rpm on the turbo spinning it out of the effiecency zone????
