single turbo - twin?
Ok i allways hear ppl talking about like single turbos and twin turbos in there rx7 which ones are faster? and is one more relaiable then the other?!?!?!?!?!?!
With the SEQ twins, you dont have to worry about turbo lag, but you have the "rats nest" which is a mess and prone to problems.
You can go NON-SEQ (do a search) and simplify it, but you get more lag.
You can go single turbo (which is an aftermarket kit by a variety of different companies) that can set you back quite a bit, and again, you usually have more lag.

so i should keep twin..cause there faster and if anything does happen to my car .. when i get it im gonna take it to rotaryperformace in dallas..and from i hear there preatty good....!
They all came with twin turbos from the factory. One big turbo can make more power than the modestly sized twins. Single turbo cars are faster. It is a toss up which is more reliable, but in theory you should be able to make the single more reliable. In reality, it usually takes time and money to sort out some issues with the single setup, so it is not immediately more reliable. For instance, lots of people pop a motor after going single.
