Just talked to Ray. He wanted to make sure his cell no. is out there as well. 703-785-5554. He's working parts at the Malloy Hyundai dealership so he may not be as responsive as when he was working Mazda parts, but he got back to me on email in a couple of hours.
It's comforting to have him back

I had one good and one bad experience. I ordered parts from him about 3 months ago with good results. I was happy that Ray was back as it was smooth like expected. I needed parts about a month ago, called twice, left a detailed voice mail, and never got a return call unfortunately. Not sure if that was a one-off, but I think there are limitations with him not working for a Mazda dealer anymore.

Guys, Ray had some family issues and is temporarily out of the loop...... give it about one more month until mid-Novmember or so and he should be back--large and in charge
