Daytona 675, I used to have this bike in 2006-2007 in titanium grey. I miss it but I was convinced I would kill myself on it so it was sold. Great bike though, Bike of the Year 2006.

The BEST sport bike I have ever owned...I sold it and replaced it with a 1098R which I didn't like as much as the 675. The 09 675 was just released and I thought about buying another one but decided on the new 2009 R1.

No...still have the 1098R. Gordon, I don't know if you know about the new R1 but check out this link. Just sick...can't wait for mine to arrive.

Unlike a flatplane crankshaft, Yamaha's crossplane crankshaft has uneven firing intervals of 270deg, 180deg, 90deg and 180deg. It gives the inline four the low end grunt of a v-twin or v-four with the top end of a inline four. The engine sound is WITH the factory mufflers...can't imagine the sound with aftermarket cans!

Gordon, so cool that you have a 900SS and a VFR. Oh yeah...20B NA, nice!
