Part numbers for cooling fan relays?

I’m not too confident that my fans are kicking on at all 3 speed settings. Seems like they only kick on briefly on high then cut off. Does anyone have the part numbers for the cooling fan relays under the hood? I just want to go ahead and swap out all of them for brand new (4 correct?).

Autozone has this item listed for radiator fan relay:

Any help is much appreciated! Preparing for a hot Arizona summer 🥵

The whole assembly with all 4 relays snd bracket is part number FD01-67-9B0A. About $215.

The 3 relays that are like each other are KE10-67-730 about $35 each.

The one relay that's different is H380-61-690A, about $130.

Makes sense to just get the whole assembly. Or find a good used one for less.

This is all easy to find in the parts diagrams, spend a little time with them and you can track them down yourself.

Also, this will make you mad - a Mazda dealer about 15 years ago had a bunch of OEM parts on closeout. I bought a new set of fan relays for $8 (yes, $8)!

Super solid response! Was able to track down that part # from a Florida Mazda parts dealer online. Thanks Dale! 👍🏾👍🏾

These relays should also work from Autozone (other auto stores have them too):

Duralast/Relay - Starter Cutoff (The three that are alike, should come with the rubber protector)
Part Number: 20216

Duralast/Relay - Accessory Power (Should be the one that is different, didn't come with the rubber protector. I reused a stock one)
Part Number: 20076

Wow. Thanks for sharing all that i information. I've got an odd problem where my cooling fams turn on randomly when the car is fully off.it couldtake aminute,.it.could take 5, but it turns on and never turns off tbus killing the battery. Prompting me to either have to disconnect the battery every time, or pull the cooling fan relay inside the fuse box under the hood. Really inconvenient cause I've a small battery.

Mazda added a recall harness that can make the fans run after the car is shut down. The idea was if the fan switch kicked in at 107 deg. C the fans would run for 10 minutes after you turned off the car.

IMHO it's a hack trying to get under hood temps down when really you should have your fans running properly and keeping your coolant temps around 85.

Read up on the fan recall harness. If you remove that harness (which is easy) that will stop the fans running after the car is shut off. There's a harness between the relays under the hood and the front engine harness and a harness and control box by the ECU. Do a search, I've written up stuff about it many times.

Where did you order? Both places I’ve tried said it’s NLA.

Needed to follow up with this. After speaking with a Mazda parts dealer the full bracket is NLA. As far as the relays, there are a total of 5 remaining in the nationwide inventory.

I decided to go with the relays from Autozone (see above post from Spinning Dorito). Much cheaper and delivered to my local store the next day!

Figured id chime in on this since i am having to buy relays again. This part number is incorrect, meaning that it is not a match to 3 factory relays or that 1 relay that is different. Now I am stuck with these relays unless I find a connector plug for the COO1-67-730A relays i bought to wire them in, which is not worth my time trying to source out.

Think I am just gonna go with the already mentioned autozone duralast relays.
