Its wider.. but I took them off later because it was too much.. I went back with the stock fenders..

**this was back in 2002-03 when I blew my coolant seal.. as you could see on the ground.. I drove another 300 miles with a blown seal. Engine bay pic was taken the same day.. This was the last day I drove this thing and sold the car last year..

GOD I miss that Black FD!!

yes in deed... yea i couldnt decide on a color so i went with a 70's euro color... ill have more pics up soon,..

finally this fd is almost getting done..

Pics of the new wheels
Just mounted my new wheels and tires figured I'd share.....I know the center caps are missing, long story short I don't like the finish on them and have to come up with an alternative...

You dont like them because your car is too high. Drop the car 2-3" and get some side skirts and you will love the way itll look.

I love the wheels just not the caps, the wheels have a hyper black finish and the center caps are brushed aluminum. The finish on the cap against the wheel almost clashes. You would think with the cost of the finish and wait time for the wheels the center caps would at least have the same finish.
Believe it or not the car is lowered about an 1.5....lol. When the car gets re-done over the winter it'll be a little lower, not much though.

I think the news SSR centercaps are way nicer than their older carbon ones. Especially on SBC

sinned2545---Thanks I've had this color for awhile and will never change it. it is getting a facelift and respray over the winter but color schemes will stay...

dvo----I like them on that wheel, not sold on mine yet. maybe ill pop them on for a few days and see if they grow on me. That's a pretty girl you got there

I put the new wheels on the car for the first time the other day. Car is dropped straight off the axel stands so suspension hasnt settled and car needed to be lowered more to start with so sits a bit high in pics. Will be wound down at least 30mm before it gets recerted for the wheels.
Burnout front guards are not on the car yet so didnt take pic of front of car yet.

What do you think? colour is XR5 Focus Orange, black, and polished.
D1Rs, 18x9 front and 18x10 rears, 245 and 265 Toyo T1Rs
