The official 'My FD3S' picture thread. READ THE RULES!
An exaggeration. We had a 50+ Mazda convoy to the top of Mt. Washington (6,289') and after almost 20 minutes of 1st and 2nd gear (we were limited in speed due to the number of cars) and steep roads the water temp spiked to 230 degrees so I had to pull over for ~10 minutes until it cooled enough to continue to the summit.
It was fine the rest of the way, as well as the way down.

Awesome shots Spirit Rx-7, and great looking FD
The Autoclub Speedway Infield configuration looks like fun. Were you able to run the T1 / T2 banking? Did you take any video?

its fun! the infield does not have the nascar banking, its a shorter verson. the one with the banking is called roval, which I did last year at sevenstock, love that configuration as well, scarier cause of the high speed
nice! I can see we have similar taste, we're also still on street tires as well

black FD's on track are the best! but than again im biased haha

Just did some stuff to her this past week
* Fitted the sleepy eye shrouds....thanks to you know who!
* Installed the rear two hook......thank you Mr Griffith for a fine peice
* Installed the Quik Latch Mini Hood Pins on my Shine Hood. My temps dropped two whole degrees bc the hood is not flying around any more.

Its not there for esthetic reasons. Just drove it up the canyon with them on for the hell of it this time. I used rivnuts to make them easily removable when the car is not on the track. They did make a reasonable difference on the high speed corners of Buttonwillow raceway. A GT wing wouldnt be appropriate unless I install a decent front splitter.
I do however think they look badass.
