So i ended up doing it again this year. Waited till the last minute to change my mind and decided to go at it and change the look of the car for SS17.
It was Friday around midnight and the car was barely being loaded on the trailer.
This year i thought of just painting the hole car with a new color a fell in love with, even tho im not or wasnt a fan of blue.
This was painted on thursday morning and sprayed the clear on the same day some time in the afternoon. It was my first time painting so i had no clue what speed and distance with the gun i bought and this metallic paint. Its not show quality work, but i cant complain for being my first time painting a car from zero.
Sanded the car off, primered, sanded, painted-cleared.
This is just a phone pic, i think i took some other pics with my camera. Had to finish putting the car together at SS17 cause after being up for 2 days, had to hit the road to the event so i had like over 72hrs without sleep and some stuff like canards from bubbletech, reverse lights and other things that i just decided to install later.

Gotcha, good lucking car btw! Yea Ive posted quite a few throughout this thread just search my name. Ive been thinking about switching out the Voltex stands to something different and the Bubbletech setup you got looks interesting.
Thanks! If you want taller stands, there's a lot of places that make taller stands for voltex like Shine, Challenge and Evasive. Maybe bubbletech can make a voltex style stand.
I actually have Voltex raisers in addition to the original 245 stands so its actually high enough and even with the roofline currently at 275 but I was just thinking about other options for a different look for fun.
