Main Fuse Box “Lost”
Greetings,
Small back story. Rotary blew up, I swapped a 2JZ in her, I deployed for a few months and forgot everything I took out. I know it’s a lot of parts/wires I no longer need since I’m no longer rotary. Im just really lost on what goes where.
Notes: My battery is relocated to my trunk.
I really appreciate everything.

You should’ve kept this all on your other thread, so it didn’t gets scattered. Both of those terminals circled in white see battery voltage. If I remember correctly, the one that’s mounted to the car will be protected by the 120a main fuse (that’s the tie together). The battery harness connects to those terminals circled in white of the box in your hand and is unfused to the starter. You should get some type of mount to support all of that. JP3 makes one that many have utilized like myself. Here are a few pictures to get you going.

So this is how she currently looks. I’m not running anything from the Rotary anymore, so my main question is if anything from that main fuse can be blocked off. My battery is in the truck, so I’m trying to figure out the best way to run everything.

I’m not super familiar with 2j stuff. The best way to run that would be determined by your individual set up. I suggest you download the FMS and start looking at the wiring diagram to determine which would be best for your set up. When you make big changes, you’re gonna come across hurdles like this. It’s going to take some time and energy to track all down what you need and what you don’t need. If you want to relocate that stuff to the rear, you’re gonna have to run additional wiring to pick up the circuits. The box in your hand is the main relay, headlamps, retractors, and other stuff. It will need to be retained, no matter what powerplant you were running. That powers things like the dash, light control, ecu, etc. etc. My suggestion for a mount was so you could tuck nicely underneath your cold side piping and only have to do minimal wiring from the battery to that. Search some of the battery relocation threads and they will have pictures to help guide you. With those you will find people hook the battery up to the connection circled in white on the main fuse box. Again, where are you go from there for your own power plant may be slightly different. But you will still have to power a starter, and have the starting circuit ect. Hope that helps.
