fuse box mounting

so i am about to upholster my car, thing is i have a dangling fuse box and a whole bunch of loose wires, can someone show me where to mount the fuse box?

in that picture, if you follow the fuse box wires up to where the electrical tape is dangling, that metal L shaped braket, that's where it goes.
