Lime Rock 2021 Concours

Great time on Sunday (other than drizzle) at the 2021 Lime Rock Concours. Around 200 beautiful cars (the usual heavy hitters in abundance) and for the first time a group called " Japanese Performance Cars". Was honored to represent the FD along with Datsun Z, MR2 SC, and a first gen Celica Supra. A 2008 NSX and a Toyota 2000GT didn't show unfortunately, but those that braved the weather had really cool cars. Most interest in the FD: Many didn't know what the car was at first, others said they remember them from back in the day and the most love came from the younger guys who called it their dream car.

Wife didn't appreciate the 2+ hour drive up and back but I loved it....

Ended getting a "Star of the Rock' award. For anyone in the NE I recommend visiting Lime Rock at some point, its a beautiful venue.

That's awesome! It's about time for the 90s Japanese halo cars to be recognized as the historically significant masterpieces that they are. These cars in unmolested form are every bit as significant as the pre-war and 60/70s exotica that you typically see at concours-type events, and are sadly just as rare due to mod culture and massive attrition rates.
