Hey y'all I thought I would share my progress on port matching and deleting my egr stuff off my 93 upper and lower intake manifold

Nice porting. Did you ever hear of extrude honing? I would consider now, to have the UIM and LIM honed also. This process sends an abrasive putty, under pressure, through each runner multiple times to smooth and bore out the entire run. It typically takes out a few millimeters of metal to increase the diameter of the entire run and allow better laminar air flow through the runners. The runners are almost as smooth as glass internally. I did it on my UIM and LIM several years ago. It is claimed to increase air flow and air volume by as much as 15-20%, as I remember it.

Keep going! Weld up the sequential clearance bumps on the LIM runners and then grind the inside out.
