Help ID object on FD

Hello everyone i just had my guys install 99spec bumper onto my 93. Can i get some help finding out what this circle object thing is next behind the bumper? Thank you!

I swapped out the horns to mazda3 ones. They sound better than the meep meep stock ones.

louder too.
