Anyone know the part number for them, or any place i can get some fresh ones?

its not available separate, you might try the FC one, H001-51-513, its NLA in the US, but looks to be available in Japan

Mc Master Carr has a nice selection of metric threaded bump stops

I checked your link, and realized that they have started accepting international orders :O
I may try with the FC version first, then if that does not work go for McMaster Carr
