Is this a good deal for a bumper?

I ran across a plateless 99 spec front bumper, polyurethane. Never been installed or painted, no damage. The guy wants 300 shipped. Should I bite or nah? Does not come with lower lip, but I have one anyways on my current bumper

The polyurethane 99 spec bumpers run 360-380 shipped brand new, so price wise you are saving some cash. They will take work to fit correctly (gaps) and expect to pay a body shop time to prep it right for paint. Nowhere close to OEM fitment and quality, however OEM has its downsides as well such as finding the metal mounting brackets if you are not reusing them from your original bumper.

I ended up going full circle: Stock > Shine Auto BurnOut (good fitment & quality) > poly 99 spec (not good fitment) > Stock! Thinking about a OEM 99 spec setup now.

Very useful information, I didn’t know they were only 360-380 new, and i have heard the polyurethane has fitment issues, maybe I’ll jusy hold off for an oem one to come around
