I want to make floor mats for my Mazda fd LHD. Does anyone have a file with dimensions or vector with 1:1 size ?

 

I seriously doubt it. They are a weird shape.

I don't know if he's still doing it, but JasonS on the forum was making custom floor mats that are EXTREMELY nice and durable.

You'll probably be better off buying a set of used floor mats that aren't in great shape but you can use for a template. Or, just look at pictures and make a template based off the floor of the car.
