They're two vids in and he's talking about 12a FCs and how the FB was the 1st one.

5min of research on Wikipedia would have been cool.

Yep, I loved the enthusiasm and also talking about the community. But, yeah, damn, there was SO much misinformation in there. Not to mention there's so many cool stories that would have made the video better - the "operation gram per head" of the 2nd gen, the record sales of the 1st gen when it went on sale, etc.

Donut... In general, I really love their videos but get the feeling that they're trying to push so much content out there that thorough research falls by the wayside. Entertaining for sure, but you've got to take a lot of info they say with a grain of salt. They had another video recently of 'top car engineering flaws' and their #1 was the RX-7's fuel filter placement, claiming you've got no choice but to drop the subframe to get to it. Not that I expect them to peruse the forums for Dale's 20 minute fuel filter change thread, so I guess it is what it is.

Edit- As an aside though, I actually was hoping they'd take another crack at making a dedicated RX-7 video, and am glad they did.

Double edit- Also! Don't I see Aaron Parker on their channel from time to time? Correct these fools, buddy!

Wow, the FD fuel filter for a top engineering fail? Hardly. There's SO much other stuff out there that's so much worse.

I also am stoked to see the RX-7 getting some love from mainstream youtubers like those guys. I gotta admit though... I have an FD and even I'm a little bit FD'd out when it comes to Donut's vids.
I don't know about you guys, but when I'm looking for rotary **** to watch, I usually end up watching Puerto Rican or Aus/NZ guys going crazy in starlets and RX-2s.

Brap Brap! 7 and even 6 sec 1/4 miles on the edge of disaster! That's part of the rotary scene that should be covered a little bit more.

Here's one. Under 7 sec. at over 200mph:
