I've had a go at similar fixes over the years, and all I can recommend is getting a piece of similar thickness and similar red tinted lexan clear plastic sheet (if possible)

Heat the piece of sheet, and form it to the same curve. Then cut the jaggedness off the broken area of the light and make a nice clean section to join and match the new curved piece into, with some glue. Then buff and polish the finished light.

You will always have a line there where you joined the new piece in. Its unavoidable UNLESS you do something sneaky like paint a thick black border around the outer edge of the lights to hide the work you did, under some paint.

Unfortunately that's the best you'll be able to do, and I find myself having to do the same sorts of things to restore oddball parts I get from Japan every so often. You need to get creative.
