anyone running the rize LED headlights?

https://www.rx7club.com/build-thread...1081221/page3/ is the only thread I can find. So apparently they work on an FC, but is anyone running them on an FD? looks much easier to instal and cheaper than HIDs, but still brighter than the stockers.

Yes, we have quite a few FD's on the Rize Japan LED headlights. We currently offer two different model types:

Z1:
-Completely Plug and Play
-No relays
-No ballasts
-No grounding wires
-No moving parts like fans
-All metal construction
-2500 Lumens (low beam)
-Equivalent of 40w HIDs
-2 year warranty
**For FD's, a very small trim to the fiberglass/plastic housing is required for passenger side**

R1:
-Completely Plug and Play
-No relays
-No grounding wires
-No moving parts like fans
-All metal construction
-4900 Lumens (low beam)
-Equivalent of 60w HIDs
-2 year warranty
**For FD's, a very small trim to the fiberglass/plastic housing is required to fit**

Website is going through a transition, please PM us for more details on the R1 model!

Any pictures of beam pattern? Like a shot of them aimed at a wall from a distance?

I'm not personally interested in bulb replacements, but rather OEM LEDs that could be retrofit into our popups

Exactly the problem with the drop in HID's... this is just the new wave of blinding oncoming drivers and having garbage headlight output.

Shameless plug, but to date we haven't seen anything else legitimate lighting wise SakeBomb Garage FD3S PremiereLine Bi-Xenon HID kit

Yup, without a proper projector to direct the light pattern, they are just bright *** bulbs that will blind oncoming traffic. The SBG projectors are really the only correct solution to this problem, but they also are not cheap.
