It's a "feature" of the stock ECU. It is basically a lag time between the primary injectors and the secondaries coming on, and possibly the right voltage during this transition. That is why it is recommended to add grounding straps.
Only real way to make it go away for good completely is to get an ECU replacement. Not a pigyback, nor a remapped ECU, but a complete replacement.
Also, each car hesitates differently, some very little while others have it alot.
Once I installed my Power FC, the hesitation was completely gone.

Well, he didn't exactly mention WHEN his car is hesitating. The engine will also hesitate at ANY RPM if you got old plugs in there.
The 3000rpm hesitation IS ECU related caused by a bad ground within the ECU. Additional ground straps sometimes help, but not always.
When was the last time you got a tune up?

Hey guy's i hardly driven this car it's only a weekend car and i had it for last 5 yrs and right it only has 2200 miles on it since I did replaced the engine {new} and plugs & wires oil switch and sending unit and fuel filter, also I send out all my injectors to be clean and recalibrate from R.C. Engineering, all new metal gaskets> basically I went crazy on this car because I know I was goona keep forever> so I brought everything new for it and only thing that I did not change it's the fuel pump but @ the went I test the pump it was doing 38 psi according to mazda test gauge. Also i do have a remap ecu, So if I change my ecu for a power fc that means i hesitation will gone forever? Help me fellas

The the 3k hesitation is only supposed to happen undewr light or moderate throttle. If this happens under heavy throttle then I doubt it is the infamous 3k hesitation.
At what rpm does it occur?
There is ome info on my site about it and links to others too.
