Weird coolent leak

I just replaced the radiator and thermostst in my 93' and now after I drive my car and then turn it off, the upper radiator hose collapses on it's self. I have to let it cool down and open the thermostat cap and there is a vaccume. I have to put a couple ounces in a day. I hope it is not a water seal..

Some one please help

Well I havent been driving the Rex much just up the street to get my hair cut or get a soda. And after I'm done driving I wait till it is cool and top off the cooling system. Well it seems to have fixed the problem. Let you-all know if it did'nt.

still might be a water seal...when the car warms up keep the radiator cap off and see if the fluid bounces..if so then yeah it is...
