which turbo timer to get?
like many others, i too suffer from severe laziness syndrome. i was wondering which timer seems to work best with the fd. i have read in post in the past that after installation of some, stuff doesnt work. So please any input and info will be greatly appreciated, thanks, scott

All of the new turbo timers are pretty much the same. They all now have the same features....too many actually.
HKS type 1 is cool
Apex is really small about the size of a lipstick but then they biger control modual is hidded out of site
Blitz just came out with another one which is like the apex but a little bigger.
It's all about looks now. It's just a timer and if you want all the cool other features they have it.

i agree, personnaly i have the hks type 1 because it can calculate my 1/4 mile time and my 0-60. I like it a lot, it has a lot of cool features.
If you don't want all those extra options, get the apexi, it is smaller and it can't be more simple. A up, a down and a stop, that's it. it is also cheaper.

I have a blitz Dual Timer for sale...with teh price you gonna spend on a timer, why not pay the samething for one that has teh digital boost gauge and time in one....
asking 75+ shipping...and you'll need a wiring harness for the ignition switch unless you want to cut some wires

Blitz Wire Harness for the FD you can find for around 20.00, email shawn@autoimaging.com If you need a Blitz Harness, I believe other Harnesses such as HKS also work on some other Turbo Timers such as Pivot
