Well, while hippies were running around naked at my university, I decided to get away from the sight of 2000 nasty people running around naked to take some pics. I didn't have much time to set up each shot because it started raining harder, but I like some of the pics. I also came up with a plan for my car to truly make it what I want. It's gonna cost a lot, in fact I'm selling a car to afford it, but I think it'll be worth it.

Planned changes:
Replace every bushing, including all the pillowballs
Cornerweighting and alignment as per Pettit's recommendations
SSR Type-C wheels (17x9 and 17x10.5)
FEED sideskirts

then, if I'm not broke:

Bride Pros seats
CF hood and hatch
Speedglass lexan windows
paint the hood and hatch

I use a Canon 30D. I should've started with a film camera, but I just jumped right into photography with a DSLR. I'm liking it so far.

Snub, nice shots. What lens were you using?

I'm thinking of buying a 30D one of these days, but I need to upgrade my glass too.

For these shots, I used a Sigma 70-300mm DL f4-5.6 macro "super lens." It's the cheaper of the two I got at around $130, but it works well for portraits. I also have a Sigma 17-70mm f2.8-4.5 that I use at most car meets when there isn't much room to move around. The total cost of both lenses was around $500, and for that price I can't really argue with their performance. Eventually I'd like to drop coin on some ridiculous lens, like a Canon IS lens, but I'd only spend that kind of money on a lens if I REALLY needed to.

Very nice. One question, did the Series 8 have stock sideskirts?
