Post Some Pics of your FD! :D <- Pics of your car go in this thread!!
bootle is in there bc i just bought the car and i know it leaks coolant and i not want to take of a chance of being too low....on the road. I havent had a chance to find it...it slow and not much for the buzzer to alarm.
There are 3 basic types of rigs. Magnetic, pinch-weld, and suction cup. The magnetic and pinch weld are both under car rigs while the suction cup rigs are over the car. I used a suction cup rig. The magnetic ones suck because of the undercoating on cars really reduces the strength. The pinch-weld ones basically pinch on to any flat surface (using bolts and screws) such as a body panel seam or subframe seam.
I was thinking those are suction cups in Phil's shot, but maybe they are pinch, hard to tell with the angle. Definitely not magnetic as I don't think his hood is metal, with those vents and all.
Been a long time since I have posted in here, got some new stuff on the 7, and lower'd it another 1.5 inches lol.

that car would be nice if it wasn't so effing low. looks like a mexicruizer sitting on the ground like that. raise it up and you get 2 thumbs up (even with that steering wheel haha).

I changed it because my EX girlfriend had gotten my old nardi wheel for me. And I was really tired of driving my car and looking down at my steering wheel knowing that she had gotten it for me.

Most recent pics. I have to go hoodless right now, just like ihavetwins haha, because the jackasses at the body shop broke my hood release cable when they messed up the core support and I didn't notice it until I was bolting in the core support. I also have to put the diffuser on, and the hood is a Scoot replica. But here it is for now...

... They're called suction cups.
