Thanks. Naw...I usually wash her every weekend but this past I didn't get a chance...but lately, I've been using the Rain-X wash w/ carbuna bead wax thing...not bad but doesn't beat the real deal (clay or liquid). I want to try the new stuff from Mothers.

 

Just the FD, the other G35's are of my friends.

 

Lovely. The G35's are, IMO, the nicest looking japanese in-production cars today. Wow, they're pretty big compared the the dimunitive FD.

Thanks I'm trying to keep mine as smooth as possible. The rear wiper, washer jet, boot lock and ariel are gonna get shaved off soon to complete the look..

Damn Frankie B, nice FD! Got anymore pics? What wheels are those? And this may sound stupid but what's a boot lock and ariel? I'd like to shave the antenna (mine doesn't work anyway, haha) and maybe the rear wiper also. Those are RE Amemiya mirrors right? They look like the bottom part fits on over where the stock mirrors mount.

I guess you would call the boot lock the trunk lock (the hole where you put the key to open the boot/trunk) and the ariel and antenna are the same thing. I need to brush up on my American!

And yep you're right they are RE Amemiya mirrors. The wheels are Racing Beat RB-02's. I just need to spray and fit the centre caps.

HAHA, it didn't even cross my mind that I didn't understand due to our different names for things, haha. My girl has been to the U.K. a few times and she talks about "brushing her jibs" and stuff like that, haha. I'm lovin' your FD though, too hot! Are those wheels 17" or 18"? I can't tell. I do like them though. Nice ride. I'll have to brush up on my British, haha.

 

Uh, yeah, that's a monstrosity. That's the part I like LEAST about the RX-8...ugh.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The wheels are 8.5 x 17 front and 9.5 x 17 rear. The car next to mine in the last pic is an RX7 with an RX8 front, I know you guys aren't to keen on it.. someone put a picture of it on here a few weeks ago.
