Well i just got my new Mazdaspeed bumper installed, its my second GTC bumper. Im am yet to purchase the front covers, but thought i post up a pic anyway. Although, the bumper does need to be fitted a bit better, the shop i went to was dodgey. I got them to do redo the job, but they didnt really do much. Im sick of people who work in trades but take no pride in their work!

I don't care what anyone says. With simple paint (anything but orange) ..... the Veilside kit looks bad ***.

I posted a response to you on the last page. I think the car looks GREAT! If anything, i'd add a rear spoiler.

Hey thanks for the compliment, I saw it now!! I do like being wingless but sometimes I think it would look better w/ one.. I want to do sidemarks, drop it on Zeals and maybe rims... Not sure, by the way koguchi power.. beautiful man

I do wish they still made this whale wing that used to be shown on a car JDM right hander with a viper front end.. the wing was mean looking...

I'm curious, how much did the whole build cost? Do you have anymore pictures of your interior?

 

That kit adds an insane amount of weight.. I wouldn't put it on anything but a show car.

Yeah true! My bad... didn't really think about that at the time

 

incorrect - its a lot lot lighter!! the bonnet is now fibreglass - lighter, the wings are now fibreglass - a lot lighter!, the whole tailgate is now fibreglass as opposed to metal and glass 9windows are now perspex) a lot lot lighter, the stock bumper are a lot lighter and the rear arches are cut out and now fibreglass. the only extra pannels are the door skins and they are very very light. each of my wheels despite the size are lighter than stock ones!. plus i saved a lot of weight under the bonnet removing load of the stock set up.
so if you think that a veilside fortune kit is heavy............. think again!!!!

 

You wheels are very nice and the kit I think probably looks its best in that color combo.

However, your Iforged's are heavier than stock wheels and ever if they were marginally lighter the larger tire is heavier. But who cares. It isn't a "racing" bodykit, it is a "look" body kit. You don't see Veilside in timeattack competitions do you but they have many best of shows for the Tokyo motorshow.

Also the aluminium and FRP not much gain to be had there. Still looks great, one day I am sure you will go with blacked out rims and then it will look ferocious.
