How did you install them? Drilling required? What type of hardware? I have a set of replicas of a set of replicas and the seller gave no instructions, no hardware, and actually one is a hair longer than the other, but he told me it wouldn't be noticable. I'll be attemping to install them soon and want to make sure I don't screw something up without knowing how they should be installed.

You install them like every other sideskirt. Bolts on the inner wheel wells and on the bottom and top near door sill. Then if you want, fiberglass them for that "molded" look.

I have the RE Feed Replicas. You line them up how ever you want to the contour on the body then take some good old self-tapping screws and attach them to the underside. I think I used 6 on each side to make sure the skirts didn't go anywhere.

Thanks. I think mine are replicas of those replicas. I have bad fear of drilling or cutting anything on my cars (learned my lesson on my first car), so is there any way to attach them without drilling? What about the grommet plugs along the rocker panels? Can those be replaced with screw anchors or something?

Looks nice. You might want to think about some wheel spacers if you plan on keeping those wheels. It will help fill out the fenders a little better.

those are way too narrow for your huge fenders. why get wide fenders if your rolling on wheels that are too conservative even for stock fenders?
you need wider widths and lower offsets STAT

you asked for opinions, thats mine.

Because it is cloudy most of the year. I think the month of August is the only nice time of the year over there.

Cool Black and white looks good - need wheel spacers

The kit looks good and the black on white colour scheme works. I agree it needs deep dished rims, or if your staying with the Fury's, use massive spacers to at least match the extra width you've added. cheers.

I go to hbbq about once a week.

"2 mini bbq chicken, 1 scoop of rice, no salad, pls"

The car used to be silver.

The burnout kit completely transformed the car, and I like black much better than silver.

I trimmed all 8 pieces of the kit to fit the 2" wider tires front and rear and to allow for the wider sweep of the tires when turning lock to lock. I also had to cut part of the (non-essential) frame to allow this and cut the rear bumper to my liking.

I'd post more pics, but school and work is the priority right now.

Well, let her know they are not the correct width and see if she can swap just the rear wheels for wider ones. If not, and you are hell-bent on keeping them, locate a wheel shop to see if they can professionally widen them to the appropriate width.
