Some pics of my FD
Hey guys. I've been on here a while now, and thought it might be time to post some pics! This my 94 Silverstone Touring that I've owned since Oct. 2000. She is currently at the body shop getting fitted with some new side skirts, and a Racing Beat Front Air Dam.
I'll post some updated pics in the next couple weeks, these were taken in October (my 7's SEVEN year anniversary!!!) showing off the fall season here in Arkansas.
Enjoy!

The front bumper is C-West, but the rest of the kit is made by Stella a very small company in Japan. Up next on a list with about 50 more things I want is a Uras rear bumper with diffuser (about 800 - 900 from my buddy in Japan, gotta love shipping from a military air base (APO) using the U.S. post office).
The Skyline was an R32, It was cool for maybe the first couple of weeks, after that the novelty wore off considering everyone and their brother has them over there. Heck even some of the soccer moms have them. The FD on the other hand is much rarer. On base there must have been at least 30 - 40 Skylines (15-20 at least were GT-R's). As for FD's there were only 3 and I owned 2 of them. There were also 2 FC's.

The Spirit R is a nice car but why does everyone like it so much. I mean the car is mostly the same as any othe FD. I know that stock for stock the Spirit R's are the big dogs but when you start modifying an FD it's still the same chaises. Im not trying to be a a-hole I just want to know the big deal about the Spirit R. Could someone shed some light?
Im afraid that the front tires will hit the side of the fenders...they are almost directly under the fender its a +30 offset w/ 235 what do you guys think?
Some quick pics
I had my sister take some pics recently with her nice SLR, I was amazed how much better the car looked in the pictures just by having a nice camera. Hopefully I can get the '99 bumper on and the paint/dents cleaned up then have professional photography done at locations with some nice cityscapes for a backdrop.

Taillight was out in the second pic, got it fixed now.

Reference my thread here: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/anyone-used-apexi-active-tail-silencer-586578/ I'd say its about as loud as the Racing Beat dual tip with them in, maybe a bit quieter. But it still sounds like a Dual N1 just with less raspiness, pops, backfires etc. And I tested them on the dyno and didn't seem to lose any power.

The spirit R is the flagship of the Fd's if you will like the R34 V-Spec NUR.
