The one in F&F3 was far from stock it was pushing about 550hp with a single turbo and lots of other stuff. It was built by veilside and it was the car they used to make the kit.

I think the original made over 500hp, than they made duplicates of the car that were bone stock engine wise but looked identical to the original car. Thats what they did in all the past movies. Damn I could eat off of that rear lip, car looks good.

I'm really asking here
as I've never seen the appeal of having to shift with my left hand, go in backwards at the drive through, or the mail drop, or having to explain to the cops why my steering wheel is on the other side.

Sometimes I wonder if some of the FD owners on here just buy it for pure looks and what they REALLY want is "JDM YO!".
If you live in the states unless you just want to look cool, go buy a RHD civic. I've actually talked to people in Japan about FDs and some wants an LHD FD not to be COOL like some youngins here but because its better for doing high HP mods... If you don't know the reason why, then don't even ask

going to the drive thru is badass. When you go backwards the cashier is like "WTF WHY IS HE GOINF BACKWARDS?" then "OMG WHY IS THE STEERING ON THE WRONG SIDE?"
