Oil in the radiator overflow

Oil in the radiator overflow
Well i posted this before,but no help,except this time i have a new engine,and new radiator and still have oil in my overflow.Is there away to flush the overflow.What could be causing this,is it alright to drive like this.Any imput is helpful,thanks
