Need advice

I just put on my DP and MP today, I have an Apexi Super AFC and can intall it myself no problem, I just don't know how to tune it. So, here's the information about my car...
155k miles, only mods are DP and MP, turbo's are burnt I think (no blowoff from stock unit when it's disconnected)
I have the new digital style AFC, can anyone recommend settting for mr to use with it, or would the stock ECU be alright until I start doing other things?

The AFC is better used as a fine tuning device for an ECU that has been modified with a chip (M2, G-force, etc.) The AFC will allow you to taylor the modded ECU to your specific car. What it won't do is replace the need for a modded ecu since the stock ecu's fuel, boost, and ignition maps limit performance drasticly. The stock ecu's boost-cut, for example, cannot be overcome by an AFC. As far as tunning an AFC....go to someone with afc experience and a dyno. Maybe Rotary Performance?
