Last Air Pump removal question...

Ok, here's the situation: I'm running an intake D/P and catback. I still have my main cat and I am not running a FC. In Hawaii we do not have emission testing. Here's the question:

Can I remove the air pump (and run a resistor), and ACV with no harmful effects to my car both mechanical and performance related? Any help is greatly appreciated! TIA!

i bought a acv block off plate from k2rd for $10. here are the
resistors value if u take out the acv

port air bypass 6-32.6 ohms
split air bypass 27-32 ohms
solenoid valve relief 22-32 ohms

my car still runs a little rich at idle though
