Checked the Fuel Pump maximum pressure today, it reached low end of the Service Manual numbers and then dropped down slowly. I attached the fuel hose from the fuel tank to the pressure gauge, capped off the other side, the pressure here should be constant. Right? It should not drop slowly? I did the Hold pressure test and its not holding anything, as soon as I pulled the jump wire from the diagnostic box, the pressure drops. I think the regulator is good since I'm getting constant fuel line pressure at 2.5 to 2.7 kg.(as per shop manual). I suspect the pump is bad and its letting fuel back to the tank. Any thoughts on this?
