After a few weeks of observation, and another one of the processes above to resolder the joints, the problem is BETTER but not FIXED. I am replacing plug wires soon to see if this is also the problem. Anybody else got any more info lately? Cheers kiddies~

 

In my humble opinion, if your going to be buying new gauges from anyone, might as well buy the mazdaspeed white face gauges ~$800 or so. just my 2 cents.
