It's great.
By any means, buy it. I bought it from Bottle.
The shifter is a bit shorter, but a lot firmer. Never missed a gear ever, even 5th.
Installs about an hour with simple tools.

I've got it and love it. It's a lot louder though, but i deal with it.

The B&M is shorter than the Mazda. It also has springs to center the stick.

Go with the B&M.

Later, Jeff

BTW: Ask Jason at the store he has had both and now has the B&M.

I've it. Noisy though because they replace part of the housing for the shifter with a CNC milled piece. There is no rubber or plastic piece to act as a bearing bushing for the shifter so all noise goes right through. I've used a Mazdatrix and it's not as tight but little or no gear whine noise. Oh well.
