removing PS, AC, and emmissions makes you no faster. 13 secs with all that is easy.

Removing PS and AC is going to save you weight, but not much time othwise. They only slow you down when they are being used, which puts a strain on the engine. Removing emmisions will get you a little extra speed, but I dont really know how much. Im sure theres threads about the advatages of removing emmisions. You should still be able to at least a 13 second car with all that stuff, though.

Removing catalytic converters are a great way to get more power from a rotary engine (especially the turbocharged variant), and usually the first thing done when looking to increase hp.

It would be cheaper/easier to get into the 13s if you got rid of emissions, but if you really want to spend the extra money to keep emissions, then it is possible.

The only emissions-related part that affects performance is the cat. If you have an aftermarket hi-flow cat even that won't make much difference.

So what are you wanting to keep? If you get rid of your cats, then there is no reason to still have an air pump. What other emissions devices would you want to keep, because they will have close to no effect without cats.
