What's your guys take on 2nd gen lambo doors... honestly i hate lambo doors but i think the only cars that they look good on our the prowler and the 2nd gen rx7

 

The cheap knockoff hinges give them a bad name. The high quality double hinge kits work nicely (open close like normal OR up/down) and does NOT have that issue where the door's impossible to line up to close.

On the convertible RX-7 it makes getting in/out much easier. As far as taste, it's not the "lambo style" look that's the problem, it's the associated cheap bling, sucky graphics, and horrible paint colors that the ricers put on the cars that ruin the look.

A clean/stock looking setup with lambo looks nice.

On a show car, I don't particularly hate the look. On a street vehicle, no thanks. It's really not my taste, but, again, it doesn't look terrible.
