Code 38 Bypass Solenoid Valve fix?

I am getting code 38 bypass solenoid valve on my car. How can I fix this and what caused it? I am kinda confused because my cold start works fine.

Ok I adjusted the connection and code 38 is gone now its giving me code 30 split air solenoid. What is the problem? Also my S-AFCII that I just connected isn't working now? Why would this happen. Please help.
