Your fav wipers?

Yes, I've searched.

I've had Bosch on the girl for about a year and they're starting to streak badly.

So what wipers have held up for you?

Btw, the best wipers I've ever had... I bought at a dollar store in 1994. This was when Canadian Tire had a big push on for their new "Tripledge" (triple edge) wipers.

I was going through a dollar store in a mall and saw windshield wipers on a wall. They were triple-edged inserts. And they were only like one or two dollars. I figured I couldn't go wrong for the price and bought them. I wish I'd bought a bunch of them, because they were amazing! Took *everything* off the windshield, often without using fluid. When they wore out I went back to the store, but they didn't have anymore...

Anyhoo, what I was trying to say before I misclicked:

Im not sure what wipers I have on mine, but they are pissing me off. When its not QUITE wet enough on the windshield for them to slide smoothly across it, they like bounch across it. Its rather annoying, but funny as well.

The smaller of my problems with my windshield wipers though. The bigger one is my motor. I pulled everything out of the engine bay when I put the rebuilt in so I could paint it. Now that I reinstalled my wiper motor it made a funny grinding noise, like the one that comes from the rear wiper only louder and rougher. I pulled everything off and watched the motor spin, and it seems to be moving fine but was still making noise. I loosened and tightened the bolts holding it in place and it did nothing. Well just today the wipers stopped moving at all. I think I may have burned it out somehow.

Anyway, enough of my problems

I'd prefer to stick with a single wiper. Double-wipers are too visible.

the triple edge wipers are good as well as being kinda cheap, ive got 2+ years and a lot of miles on my current set, all the other ones seem to disintegrate after less than a year.
