Ok, here is the situation.

Was checking fluids and what not, and my girlfriend wanted to help. So I notice my brake fluid is a little low. Hand her the brake fluid and say, "Fill it to the full line". Yes, showed her which one to fill.

She filled my master cylinder with brake fluid. Now my clutch won't come off the floor when you lift your foot.

Is it completely screwed, or what? Think it wasn't the problem, and I am pissed at her for nothing? New Clutch? New everything?

Thanks for the help.

the clutch and brake master cylinder are completely different systems. I wouldnt get mad at her...

the clutch master cylinder is right beside the brake one, but much smaller. they both take DOT 3 brake fluid

i would check the clutch master cylinder fluid level, slave cylinder, and linkage of slave and clutch pedal.

LOL you let her touch your car? You are a brave man. Last my gf touched my car she broke a thermostat housing bolt... dont ask how, i thought id have to tighten it after she was done!

She still gets to ride in it tho... sometimes.

were you bleeding the system or something? i know whenever ive bled a clutch on any of my cars after the valve on the clutch slave is opened and closed the clutch pedal sticks to the floor. but if you pull up on it, it will come back up.

that is your brake booster. It apply extra force to the fluids so you don't have to work so hard
