yet another 6 port actuator question
This is for a 90 NA..
If your actuators aren't jammed/stuck, how easy should it be to move it with your fingers? Real easy or a little effort.
I trying to check if my actuators are really stuck. Also how much is a new set of actuators.
One more thing is it okay to spray a little WD-40 on the actuators to loosen things up?
Thanx

The diaphragm actuators are fairly stiff to move by finger tip. They push to open. I would just put a long air tube on each one and blow in it. They should open at 3-5 PSI.

If they are stuck, I would try penetrating oil first. My front one was stuck right where the shaft goes in. This I discovered after pulling the manifolds and finding that the sleeves were free. There are 2 screws and 2 10mm bolts that hold the actuator and retaining plate on, then the shaft will pull out.
