Yes i have searched....Car Dying. (and another)

Okay, It's a 1990 TII Rx-7, And i have 3 questions!
1. When i cold start it, it idles around 1500, like regular, then once warm, sits at around 900. And bounces 100 either way, Then when driving, rpms drop dangerously low or car stalls when placed in neutral or clutch pressed, unless there under 1000rpm, then it idles fine.

2. Under hard acceleration there is a loud rattling coming from the passenger side engine bay. Loud from the inside of the car, im sure just as loud outside. Its sort of like a squeaking rattle, very weird.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The motor has just been rebuilt, the compression is fine, and yes there is a BOV. I also have a PowerFC In the car, it's from Japan, and its converted for the FC if that helps at all.

EDIT- I have an HKS ssqv BOV? I think thats what its called. Anyways, is there a way to set it or soemthing maybe?

Hmm that might be it! I have an exhuast leak somewhere around the manifold, but i didnt realize it would cause these kind of symtoms...... Its a full RB exhaust, with trust wastegate that bleeds to the atmosphere. (11psi spring) and the wastegate lines are not hooked up so it wont boost. If that makes a difference...

It really just depends on the amount a small leak shouldn't affect it that much it was just a thought let me know how it goes
