i just installed my new tranny mounts from mazdatrix, and wow! it feels sooooo much smoother! when i took out the old crossmember and the damn rubber center just fell out! i knew right away that there would be a difference in the way it shifted! the next step is rear end mounts and suspension bushings!

kinda strange though, when i was under there i used a can of brake clean and now after driving it smells as if something is burning. i remember almost immediatly after changing the mount and starting it, it smoked from under the hood. but i thought it might be some brake clean that didnt evaporate. it doesnt smoke any more but it still smells like its burning. nothing visably wrong though!
