I say rebuild the rotary. You will probably be very happy with it. As far as I am concerned, The rotary engine is what makes these cars unique.

The rotary is soo smooth though which helps make this car unique. Have you ever driven one running? What class will you race it in(w/V8)-out of curiosity?
