Y Pipe Upgrade/replacement worth it?

I plan on ordering myself a whole new exhaust system for my FC, and was wondering if it was worth upgradeing/replaceing my stock Y pipe with This . I'm not sure what the stock O.D. is, but it sounds like it's smaller then 2.5". Also, if it is worth it, anyone know if the Apexi N1 duals will bolt up to the RB Y-pipe?

Edit: Anyone know if Rxecret.com's ACT Clutch's comes with everything? I.E. the Alingment tool, throw out bearing, etc.? Overboost just screwed me by not calling/emailing/noteing on thier webpage, that they were out of stock on the clutch i ordered 2 weeks ago

The stock y pipe is fine unless it has holes or you like to show everyone the bling under your car, id say keep it.
